Activity Form and Liability Waiver
Each incoming guest must have a completed activity form and a signed liability waiver. To access these forms please see the original reservation invoice you received upon booking. If you need this resent, please email [email protected] and Andi will send it right over.
This information is helpful for us to best accommodate each guest. We use the information to assign you a horse for the week and also to let our kitchen know of any allergies, food likes/dislikes, and other preferences. Be sure to include anything you would like us to have for you on the ranch during your stay. Chances are, we already have it, but we are more than happy to pick something up for you if we don’t!
As a reminder, Red Horse Mountain Ranch has a rider weight limit of 240 lbs for horseback riding activities. For our horses’ safety and yours, horseback riding is only available to those riders under 240 pounds.
Horseback riding on trails is available to children ages 3 & up. Kids ages 3-6 may be led with the assistance of a wrangler, depending on their ability. Advanced riding is available at Red Horse Mountain Ranch for those over the age of 10, once the rider passes a riding test in our arena.
Riders with questions regarding medical considerations should contact the ranch or have a doctor’s note prior to arriving. If you have any other questions about horseback riding policies, please contact Rob Farmer, Ranch Manager, at [email protected] or call (888) 689-9680.
