Healthy & Homemade
At Red Horse Mountain Ranch the food is always fresh and homemade, with plenty of options for all. We strive to make everyone feel at home, catering to any dietary need, including vegan and gluten-free options.
Breakfast
In the morning, the chefs have fresh coffee brewing around 5:00 a.m. for the early risers. A full breakfast menu is served to start your day, either buffet style or made to order. You’ll always find daily fresh baked goods like scones and muffins too!
Lunch
Lunches are served buffet-style; fresh salads, carved meat are the usual. If you’re signed up for an all day adventure, we’ll pack a lunch to go with you for your fun in the sun.
Dinner
Most dinners are served buffet-style, allowing you to choose your own portions. Meals vary throughout the week, featuring items like roasted chicken, brisket, barbecue, fresh wild fish, pasta and grilled meats. Of course, vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options are always available. One night each week, the chefs prepare a special multi-course Wine Dinner for our adult guests, highlighting regional wines chosen specifically for the meal.
During our summer Family Vacation Weeks, children spend the Wine Dinner evening with our wranglers, enjoying a kid-friendly meal and s’mores around the campfire.
Snacks and Beverages
Our guests get to enjoy daily homemade bakery items, cereals, fresh fruit, cookies, milk, granola bars, yogurts, string cheese and a nightly dinner appetizer. We have teas, juices, hot chocolate, sodas, mocktails, kombucha, and local fresh roasted organic coffee always brewing!
Alcoholic Beverages, Mocktails, and Kombucha
Our full service bar (open 3:30pm – 10pm) has premium beer, local microbrews, regional wines, and spirits for adults at no charge. We even have kombucha and a menu of fancy mocktails for you to order too!
*A selection of premium wines are also available for purchase. Do you have a certain beer or other beverage you prefer but aren’t sure if we have it? Just let us know and it will be here when you arrive!
