I read somewhere that you should give yourself at least 30 minutes after waking before you look at your cell phone or electronic device, and that you should not use your cell phone, computer, or watch T.V. for at least one hour before you go to bed. Meet Our Wranglers Justin and Kelsea

Justin is a local boy and his love for the outdoors started at age four when he began riding horse and shooting guns. He served in the National Guard 6 years with 3 years of active duty and has just graduated college with a degree in education. He hopes to get a job teaching and continue to come back to Red Horse for the summers to help take care of our wonderful guests.
