Get Paid to Do Something You Enjoy

There is a difference between work and play, but wouldn’t it be great to get paid for something you enjoy? Half the fun comes from working with and meeting a diverse array of individuals. Chances are, if you’re reading this, you are interested in hospitality and helping others maximize their equine retreat experience, two things we won’t be running out of any time soon!

Free Employee Housing and Food During Workdays

Most seasonal employees will stay on the ranch for the summer, kind of like college dorms. Each associate will be assigned a roommate, and there is a large common area with spacious men’s and women’s bathrooms. Meals will be provided on workdays, usually five days a week, but some people work six days to earn up to 50 hours. Breakfast is made to order, and lunch and dinner will be served cafeteria style. Accommodations can be made for staff with food allergies; our kitchen staff pride themselves on their ability to make adjustments for staff and guests with dietary restrictions.

Surrounded By Beautiful Mountain Landscapes

One of the best parts about taking a ranch job in Idaho is the surreal and captivating landscape. Imagine waking up and seeing a majestic mountain range every time you look out the window! A primary perk to working at Red Horse Mountain is that you, too, can engage in the fun activities and programs we have around the ranch, not to mention all of the off-site attractions in Northern Idaho. We encourage it!
