Rates

Please note, rates shown DO NOT include a 15% resort charge, 6% Idaho sales tax, and 2% Idaho bed tax. The total price of your stay will be the room rate plus the resort charge, sales tax, and bed tax. Visit our Policies & FAQs page for more information about our rates and cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining unpaid balance is due at the conclusion of your stay.

Weekly Rates

Arrive on Sunday, Depart on Saturday. Arrivals occur on Sundays, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. All departures occur after breakfast on Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

We want everyone to have the opportunity to experience Red Horse Mountain Ranch, but we understand that plans can change. We have put together a cancellation policy with some flexibility to help in case you need to cancel. We do strongly encourage travel insurance.

For parties with less than 8 guests:

If you need to cancel your reservation 90 or more days prior to your arrival date you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 90 days of your arrival date deposits are nonrefundable, but we are happy to transfer your deposit to another booking in the same year or the following year. Please keep in mind that transferred deposits are nonrefundable, and we don’t offer any refunds or credits for reducing your occupancy within 90 days of your arrival.

For parties with 8 or more guests:

If you need to cancel your reservation 120 or more days prior to your arrival date you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 120 days of your arrival date deposits are nonrefundable, but we are happy to transfer your deposit to another booking in the same year or the following year. If your plans change and you or someone in your party needs to arrive late or depart early, we won’t be able to offer any refunds or credits for those changes. We also highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

The Hilltop Home

For an additional charge, guests can secure the Hilltop Home. At this 2800 square foot authentic log home, you’ll have epic views of the ranch valley floor, your own private deck and a hot tub. The Hilltop provides a lightly stocked full service kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, family room, master king bedroom and bath, a queen bedroom, two king bedrooms, and two more full bathrooms. Other amenities include satellite TV, wireless internet, and private phone. The Hilltop is perfect for large families or groups wanting everything there is to offer at Red Horse Mountain Ranch.
